TODAY Chair is the perfect companion to the iconic MIES Table series. It awakes the teasing notion of familiarity defined by extraordinary detail and composition. TODAY chair has a high level of comfort and is a celebration of character, quality and permanence.
The generous supportive backrest features a distinctive double curvature providing optimal seating comfort, a greater visual resilience and an understated, but beautifully balanced seat-back cohesion. In a light, almost floating manner, the seat and back, made from 9 mm FSC certified oak veneer, meet the thin and elegant steel frame. Enjoy conversations for hours on end in the modern and stringent yet poetic, TODAY Chair which excels in comfort, is stackable and gains an even more exclusive look with optional seat upholstery launching in Spring 2022.

Materials
FRAME – Steel tubes with powder-coated acrylic surfaces. Black or Grey.
SEAT & BACK REST – European oak veneer with clear matt lacquer / oak veneer with Black matt lacquer.
For protection when stacking, the chair comes with 4 x silicon fittings which can be applied under the metal frame in each corner. We do not recommend to stack more than four chairs.
For projects only, the chair can be delivered with the fittings mounted on the frame.
